Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment of contract/contingent roles
• Conduct manager intake calls and source candidates through staffing agencies
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers
• Develop and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the hiring experience

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' work experience in recruitment, staffing, or MSP/Vendor Management
• Hands-on experience with ATS/VMS platforms, preferably Beeline
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment

• Base pay range of $60,000 to $72,000 per year

Additional Information

The role is open for fully remote candidates, but commuting to the client’s office in Orrville, Ohio 2 to 3 times per week is strongly preferred.
