Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 10–20 requisitions at a time
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates across the LATAM market
- Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes end-to-end
- Ensure adherence to RPO workflows and compliance requirements
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to hiring leaders and talent stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in RPO, staffing agency, or global TA environments
- Proven experience recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles
- Fluency in English
- Experience supporting the LATAM market
