Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 10–20 requisitions at a time
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates across the LATAM market
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes end-to-end
• Ensure adherence to RPO workflows and compliance requirements
• Provide clear, data-driven updates to hiring leaders and talent stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in RPO, staffing agency, or global TA environments
• Proven experience recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles
• Fluency in English
• Experience supporting the LATAM market
