Responsibilities
- Execute and manage contingent workforce programs for multiple clients
- Oversee program P&L operations for multiple MSP accounts
- Maintain proficiency with VMS tools and MSP/CWO operations tools
- Provide leadership and team management for account management teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service and implement value-added solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience managing staffing or workforce solutions accounts
- Proven track record in complex client environments involving MSP or multi-vendor programs
