Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process
• Proactively source candidates across multiple channels
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Build and maintain talent pools to support client needs
• Coordinate with payroll partners to achieve hiring objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in life sciences, business, HR, or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter
• Full-cycle recruitment experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Proficiency in creative sourcing strategies
