Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair assessment practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in a professional or industrial/warehouse capacity
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
