  • Manage candidate sourcing activities and recruitment processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
  • 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
