Responsibilities
- Develop a strong talent pipeline for internship and entry-level positions
- Conduct role briefings with clients and establish recruitment expectations
- Use competency-based screening to identify, assess, and shortlist candidates
- Build strong relationships with students and communicate career opportunities
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate sourcing activities and recruitment processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
- 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
