Responsibilities

• Develop a strong talent pipeline for internship and entry-level positions
• Conduct role briefings with clients and establish recruitment expectations
• Use competency-based screening to identify, assess, and shortlist candidates
• Build strong relationships with students and communicate career opportunities
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment strategies
• Manage candidate sourcing activities and recruitment processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
