• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leaders
• Build sourcing strategies for niche technical skill sets
• Screen candidates for technical fit
• Manage candidates through interviews, offers, and close
• Engage passive talent and calibrate hiring managers with market data

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting
• Experience recruiting for application architecture and Salesforce roles
• Experience recruiting across levels from analyst to VP
• Strong sourcing skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements
• Experience partnering with senior IT leaders
