Compensation

The typical salary range for this position is $70,304 to $104,000, negotiable based on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a strong talent pool using various recruiting resources
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess consultants’ skills and competencies
• Execute consultant redeployment and retention strategies
• Deliver analysis of marketplace insights and industry trends
• Participate in professional industry associations

Requirements

• Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience
• Big Four, audit, or professional services experience preferred
• CPA and/or MBA is a plus
