Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a strong talent pool using various recruiting resources
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess consultants’ skill sets
- Execute consultant redeployment and retention strategies
- Deliver analysis of marketplace insights and industry trends
- Participate in professional industry associations
Requirements
- Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience
- Big Four, audit, or professional services experience preferred
- CPA and/or MBA is a plus
