Responsibilities

• Focus on business development and recruiting skilled professionals for client project and interim needs
• Match Full-Time Engagement Professionals with client’s staff augmentation or project needs
• Recruit and hire highly skilled finance and accounting professionals
• Develop and maintain client target lists to pursue new client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources or related fields
• 3+ years finance, accounting experience
• 3+ years experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment
• Prior success marketing to and building relationships with C-level and manager level decision makers
