Responsibilities
- Lead searches from initial intake through sourcing, assessment, selection, offer, and close
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs
- Create a thoughtful candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct structured interviews and synthesize information into recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields
- Strong intellectual curiosity
- Ability to learn unfamiliar businesses and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
