Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines across healthcare provider roles
• Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach to identify healthcare providers
• Engage candidates through outbound calls, email, and digital channels
• Conduct initial career conversations to assess fit and availability
• Provide pipeline insights and candidate market feedback to recruiting partners

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or inside sales
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Proven ability to perform in high-volume outreach roles
• Comfortable working within CRM/ATS systems
• Strong communication skills

Additional Information

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
