• Lead end-to-end recruitment across contingent and permanent hiring
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role briefs and sourcing strategies
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and payroll providers
• Drive proactive talent pipelining aligned to workforce planning priorities
• Ensure all hiring activity meets probity, risk, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Previous end-to-end recruitment experience in Financial Services
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce models
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to excel in a results-driven environment
