- Manage 10-15 live vacancies with a focus on GTM roles
- Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy
- Build recruiting strategies incorporating data and diversity
- Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build relationships across the industry for talent pipeline
Requirements
- 3+ years in-house TA experience
- Experience hiring for GTM functions
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
