Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates
• Navigate multiple operating systems, including ATS and staffing app
• Enter inbound orders from customers into the system
• Proactively recruit new applicants and match them with open positions
• Process payroll for temporary workers
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance
• Perform additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree preferred
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
• Access to reliable transportation
