Responsibilities

• Manage daily fulfillment of client staffing orders
• Screen candidates and maintain a database of qualified healthcare professionals
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling
• Ensure compliance and licensing of healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment or administration
• Bilingual (Mandarin or Spanish) required
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
