Responsibilities
- Manage daily fulfillment of client staffing orders
- Screen candidates and maintain a database of qualified healthcare professionals
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling
- Ensure compliance and licensing of healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment or administration
- Bilingual (Mandarin or Spanish) required
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
