Motion Recruitment Partners LLC, an award winning, national staffing & recruiting firm is seeking a self-driven, motivated Sr. Recruiter for their Enterprise IT Staffing Division. The Senior Talent Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role develops sourcing strategies, builds talent pipelines, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership positions. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and execute effective hiring strategies. Source and engage passive and active candidates through various recruiting channels. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Maintain ATS and recruiting metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and hiring practices. Provide market intelligence and talent insights to business leaders. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for professional and technical roles. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities. Why should I choose a career at Motion?
