Compensation

Base salary between €3,200 and €4,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously plan and manage own agenda and daily recruitment activities
• Identify technical talent using innovative sourcing techniques
• Conduct in-depth career conversations focusing on candidate desires
• Advise team leaders on talent-driven recruitment strategies without pressure from hard targets

Requirements

• Completed HBO education
• Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
• Possession of a driver's license B
• Willingness to travel
