Responsibilities

• Host intake meetings with clients to understand job descriptions and develop recruiting strategies
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Team with HR Business Partners to build talent pipelines
• Execute the full-life cycle recruiting process
• Master the Workday & LinkedIn recruiting module
• Support early career recruiting
• Use social media to build brand awareness and drive candidate flow
• Network internally to enhance awareness of hiring needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting
• Undergraduate degree
• Strong research skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent searches
• Experience identifying trends and competitive intelligence
