• Stay updated on recruitment sources and channels for candidate engagement.
• Develop expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market, including logistics and retail.
• Handle escalated candidate and client issues, focusing on small- and mid-sized client needs.
• Maintain relationships with blue-collar candidates and seek referrals.
• Prepare CVs and write-ups highlighting candidate skills for blue-collar roles.
