Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for clients and partner with hiring managers
• Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders
• Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns
• Source candidates using sophisticated Boolean search language
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates
• Continuously build talent pipeline and keep hiring managers informed
• Articulate job offers and drive for candidate acceptance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field
• Minimum of five years of results-oriented recruiting experience
• Experience in in-house, RPO or agency settings
• Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise
• Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
