• Design and deliver tailored Total Rewards solutions
• Support clients in implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive
• Deliver job analysis, job evaluation, and grading projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients across sectors
• Manage projects effectively, including planning and forecasting

Requirements

• Deep experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
• Experience in consulting or professional services
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields
