- Design salary frameworks and governance models
- Build and grow client relationships across EMEA
- Contribute to business development and new client acquisition
- Contribute to research and thought leadership in Total Rewards
Requirements
- Deep experience in Total Rewards
- Proven track record delivering complex reward programmes
- Strong knowledge of reward design and pay governance
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with client development experience
- Strong analytical capability
