• Lead complex Total Rewards projects across sectors and geographies
• Design and deliver compensation & benefits strategies
• Provide expert guidance on job architecture and pay benchmarking
• Champion fair and transparent compensation practices
• Design salary frameworks and governance models
• Build and grow client relationships across EMEA
• Contribute to business development and new client acquisition
• Contribute to research and thought leadership in Total Rewards

Requirements

• Deep experience in Total Rewards
• Proven track record delivering complex reward programmes
• Strong knowledge of reward design and pay governance
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with client development experience
• Strong analytical capability
