Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on assessment and succession
• Lead senior-level client discussions on leadership effectiveness and talent strategy
• Oversee delivery of integrated assessment and succession workstreams
• Ensure quality and impact of delivery across A&S engagements
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members within the A&S team
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the Assessment & Succession practice

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex assessment and succession engagements
• Strong track record of advising senior leaders on executive assessment and succession
• Experience applying psychometric and behavioural assessment methods at senior levels
• Relevant accreditation in assessment methods is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; postgraduate qualification in psychology is desirable
