Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on assessment and succession
- Lead senior-level client discussions on leadership effectiveness and talent strategy
- Oversee delivery of integrated assessment and succession workstreams
- Ensure quality and impact of delivery across A&S engagements
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members within the A&S team
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the Assessment & Succession practice
Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex assessment and succession engagements
- Strong track record of advising senior leaders on executive assessment and succession
- Experience applying psychometric and behavioural assessment methods at senior levels
- Relevant accreditation in assessment methods is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; postgraduate qualification in psychology is desirable
