Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting teams to drive hiring strategies and partner with HR teams
• Establish and execute objectives to reach quarterly hiring goals
• Coach teams to prioritize creating diverse talent pipelines
• Facilitate training sessions on recruiting strategies and processes
• Use funnel metrics to drive actions and address operational challenges

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• 4+ years of experience leading recruiting teams
• Experience managing mid-sized teams
