Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across corporate and manufacturing functions
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align recruiting strategies
- Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and community engagement
- Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights to support HR and business leaders
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the client’s employer brand
- Collaborate on HR initiatives such as onboarding and DE&I goals
- Manage candidate and requisition data across multiple systems
- Participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in HR, corporate/professional, and high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and metrics
- Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred
