Responsibilities

• Deliver products and services across the Reward and Work & Career Architecture portfolio
• Conduct complex product and service onboarding and training
• Analyze HR clients and market data to provide business advice
• Facilitate workshops and trainings
• Support the creation and maintenance of the reward database
• Provide project management with accurate forecasts and status updates
• Enable clients to work with Pay Equity Tool and comply with EU Pay Transparency Initiatives

Requirements

• University degree (BSc or MSc)
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to interact with senior HR leadership
• Interest in HR matters (rewards & benefits, organization design)
• Fluency in Dutch/French and English
