Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations
• Manage large projects or significant work-streams
• Support the design or development of client solutions
• Lead client-facing aspects of projects in area of expertise
• Conduct background research and proposal writing for business development
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior colleagues

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in professional services or consulting
• Relevant bachelor's degree; higher degree preferred in IO Psychology/OD
• Established credentials in major discipline
• Ability to lead core service line work activities
