Responsibilities

• Deliver compensation and benefit insights to clients
• Build relationships with key accounts and lead client calls
• Own and execute plans for large client projects
• Collaborate with teams to develop creative solutions for client needs
• Research and analyze data for salary levels in the benchmark database

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a human resources environment
• At least 2 years in compensation and benefits
• Experience in questionnaire design and presentation writing
