Responsibilities
- Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients
- Market services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
- Recruit, interview, and match IT professionals with client projects
- Manage ongoing engagements to deliver customer service
- Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participate in local trade association and networking events
Requirements
- Information systems or related degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in an IT-related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in Business Development in a metrics-driven environment
- Prior success in marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite
