Responsibilities

• Assist the Consultant in the search process
• Develop position specifications and search strategies
• Research and identify prospective candidates
• Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates
• Maintain progress and market feedback reports

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a business environment
• Undergraduate degree required
• M.B.A. or relevant graduate degree is a plus
• Ability to analyze business information
• Strong relationship-building skills
