Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct initial research into target organizations and industry sectors
• Identify and qualify candidates against agreed competencies and criteria
• Conduct candidate interviews and present shortlists to clients
• Provide client update reports and maintain communication with candidates
• Manage logistics for interviews and candidate negotiations
• Build relationships within the industry and maintain accurate market information
• Contribute towards process and training initiatives

Requirements

• Significant experience in a consulting or commercial environment
• Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for retained search
• Experience recruiting within the Consumer sector preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
