OJ Executive (OJE) is the permanent placement arm of OJ Group, focused on C-suite and senior executive search across insurance and financial services in Asia Pacific. Our clients span global groups and regional specialists across Hong Kong, Singapore and the wider region. We’re hiring a Senior Associate or Associate Principal in Hong Kong, the level will depend on experience and calibre. This is a 270 role: delivery and market-facing work without a formal BD target, but with real scope to develop leads through your own client and candidate relationships. The mandates you work on will span multiple functional areas, sectors and geographies rather than one fixed specialism. You’ll often be the first point of contact for senior candidates, including C-suite, so credibility and presence in those conversations matter as much as research and process discipline.
