Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for sales and marketing professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Analyze resumes and applications for targeted recruitment
• Develop creative strategies to attract candidates
• Collect and interpret recruitment data for process improvement
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs
• Participate in professional development and training initiatives
• Contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales and marketing roles
• Proven ability to understand industry-specific skills and company dynamics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Eagerness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team setting
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and systems
