Responsibilities

• Utilize multi-channel strategies for candidate sourcing
• Promote direct sourcing and build talent pools
• Build and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Execute the end to end recruitment process including JD creation, screening, interview coordination, offer, and closing
• Propose and optimize recruitment process improvements
• Build relationships with candidates
• Effectively communicate the client's value proposition

Requirements

• Experience in direct sourcing/recruiting
• Agency management experience
• End to end recruitment experience
• Native level Japanese language proficiency
• Conversational level English language proficiency

The position offers a hybrid work model with three days onsite per week and requires occasional visits to the Narita factory.
