Responsibilities

• Source and engage active and passive candidates across multiple industries, skill sets, and geographic markets
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demand
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using professional networks, referrals, social media, job boards, and market research
• Assess candidate qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations against client requirements
• Prepare and submit compelling candidate profiles that clearly communicate candidate fit and value
• Leverage VMS, ATS, and sourcing tools to manage recruitment activity and candidate pipelines
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management
• Meet performance goals related to submissions, interviews, placements, and service levels
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with client and company requirements
• Share market insights and sourcing best practices that contribute to team success

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or contingent workforce experience
• Experience supporting MSP, VMS, RPO or agency recruiting environments preferred
• Proven ability to source, engage, and qualify talent across diverse skill sets and industries
• Experience utilizing ATS, VMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
