Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walk-ins and scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with district leadership
  • Conduct onsite assessments to uncover unmet staffing needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall account growth
  • Track and report on competitive activity and hiring trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales
  • At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
