Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walk-ins and scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with district leadership
- Conduct onsite assessments to uncover unmet staffing needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall account growth
- Track and report on competitive activity and hiring trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales
- At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
