Responsibilities

• Recruit school-based professionals including Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Interventionists, and School Nurses
• Conduct high volume of outbound calls and candidate outreach
• Screen candidates for submission to internal clinical team
• Match candidates to open job orders based on qualifications
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build relationships with school-based professionals for referrals
• Partner with internal operations and clinical teams to meet staffing demands

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or sales experience
• Educational staffing or healthcare staffing agency experience desired
