Responsibilities

• Train colleagues on the full recruitment process for the assigned client
• Support the new recruiter onboarding experience
• Develop a detailed understanding of the client hiring process
• Provide insights and training on the global recruitment process
• Design training schedules with continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• 4+ years of relevant experience in developing training curriculum
• 4+ years of experience with recruitment in a technology-driven environment
• Training certification(s) preferred
