Responsibilities
- Train colleagues on the full recruitment process for the assigned client
- Support the new recruiter onboarding experience
- Develop a detailed understanding of the client hiring process
- Provide insights and training on the global recruitment process
- Design training schedules with continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- 4+ years of relevant experience in developing training curriculum
- 4+ years of experience with recruitment in a technology-driven environment
- Training certification(s) preferred
