- Sourcing qualified candidates for open requisitions within the client's industry
- Leading end-to-end recruitment while managing stakeholders
- Managing relationships with local hiring managers and staffing agencies for temporary/contractual recruitment requests
- Assisting hiring managers, recruitment specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor recruitment process
Requirements
- Staffing industry experience desired but not required
- Human Resources experience desired but not required
Skills & Tools
Fluency in English and/or in German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
