Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
• Manage daily recruitment operations, including workload allocation and performance
• Partner with client stakeholders to address operational needs and hiring challenges
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or staffing agency
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruitment teams
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
• Experience supporting US-based clients or global hiring programs
