Responsibilities

• Utilize internal databases to source and identify candidates
• Conduct initial telephone screenings and evaluations
• Manage interview logistics and candidate engagement
• Assist in market intelligence and mapping
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records in the CRM/ATS

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Resilient, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong detail orientation and time-management skills
