Compensation

Base salary between €2,850 and €4,000, with additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from A to Z
• Initiate and apply creative recruitment actions to reach the target audience
• Conduct in-depth selection interviews focusing on candidates' ambitions
• Act as an ambassador for Randstad Trainees at events and online channels
• Advise internal stakeholders and contribute to process optimization and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
• Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Affinity with the HR sector is a plus
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week
