Compensation

Starting salary between €3,060 and €4,060 per month, depending on relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a sustainable network of clients and key accounts
• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with executives and HR to clarify hiring needs
• Develop and implement targeted, data-driven recruitment marketing strategies
• Guide the complete selection process, including negotiations and successful candidate placements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, agency recruitment, or IT sales
• Strong commercial vision and advisory skills
• Ability to analyze complex staffing issues
