Responsibilities

• Contact new clinician registrations to validate interest and convert them into active leads
• Utilize various outreach methods to engage with clinicians
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinician profiles in the company database
• Educate clinicians on licensing requirements to facilitate job placements
• Achieve/exceed outreach and conversion activity goals
• Participate in role-play training and ongoing development

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year of previous experience in inside sales or recruiting preferred
