Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
• Recruit, evaluate, and place industry professionals in full-time positions
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence in the finance & accounting community

Requirements

• Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in industry and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience

Benefits

• Base salary range of $70,000 to $85,000, negotiable based on experience
