Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the senior executive recruitment process
• Develop and implement research plans and target lists
• Conduct initial telephone screenings of prospective candidates
• Participate in business development meetings with Partners
• Update Partners on recruiting activity and present candidates
• Assist in reference checks and final offers

Requirements

• BA/BS required
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Experience recruiting senior candidates within the Life Sciences sector
• Experience conducting retained executive searches from start to finish
