Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through various channels and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Match pre-qualified candidates to job orders and write profiles of submitted candidates
• Coach candidates in their job search and provide job-search advice
• Participate in client meetings and respond to customer outreach and requests
• Complete ongoing training and development

Requirements

• One year or more of similar customer development experience or completion of an in-house training program
• Experience in a commission or bonus plan based on performance or goals
