Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and guide hiring decisions
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
• Drive hiring outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations
• Maintain data integrity and compliance in the ATS
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience in RPO, agency, or high-volume in-house environments
• Strong hiring manager management skills
• Financial services exposure
