Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and guide hiring decisions
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Drive hiring outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations
- Maintain data integrity and compliance in the ATS
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience in RPO, agency, or high-volume in-house environments
- Strong hiring manager management skills
- Financial services exposure
